Don’t waste your time. Every time I go they’re out of ingredients. As well as take forever to make 1 sandwich. When I went, it took them 30 minutes to make one sandwich, that didn’t even have all of the ingredients I had ordered. Based on my personal preference the sandwich was not that good. The bagel was soggy/ tuff and everything else was very tuff as well. Don’t go.

I had a decent enough experience. The staff was pretty helpful. Unfortunately their options are fairly minimal. They even had to recommend a different bagel for their farmhouse bagel breakfast sandwich because they were out of those (and several others). It was my first visit and I also wanted to get the baker's dozen while there for home. Given their slim options, I had like 5 different bagels to choose from to make up the mix which kind of sucked.The coffee was really good, though. I like it on the strong side so next time I'll have to add an espresso shot.

The hours of business show 7am to 5pm week days. I came in early to grab bagels for a work breakfast at 7:40am and this location is not open at 8am. Either update your hours on your Google business listing or do better for your customers. Thank you.

Bagels are great it just sucks that the only GOOD bagel shop in Conway is closed on weekends. How can we have Really GOOD Bagels for Saturday or Sunday breakfast when there not open?

Staff was mean and bullied me. They point out my physical flaw/handicap and won’t stop pointing it out in front of my friends. I was humiliated. Even after leaving the counter, the staff went out of their way and followed me out of the store to continue bullying me. Will never do business with them ever again.

First time here. Everything is pre-made, heated in a microwave and either under heated or overheated and gets hard by the time you can eat it. 2 coffees, a bagel and a burrito was 22.50$ and it was basically leftovers microwaved. Seriously disappointed, won't be back.
