Fabys has long been one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Conway. Their salsa is unique and delicious. Their fajitas are always made with the freshest ingredients. The pollo sabroso is covered with an amazing sauce. Both dishes are served with some of the best homemade tortillas you will ever taste. We also highly recommend you try their red gravy sauce on the enchiladas and burritos! Great service and great family run business, give them a try!
Just finished a great meal at Faby’s! Mexican and Italian food were both great!! Used to eat there a lot, they closed the location we were used to but today we found the one downtown Conway, so glad we did!! Our waitress was very friendly and efficient! Will be back!
Faby’s is always great! The staff is incredibly attentive and kind, the food is hot, and full of flavor, and the tortillas are fresh and delish! Anything with the poblano cream sauce is so good, as well as the stuffed avocados. Highly recommend this place??
