I visit this location often. I enjoy the food but mostly visit because of the service. A young man by the name of Jackie is truly amazing. He provides not only amazing customer service but is genuine in his service to customers. He is pleasant, professional and humble. A wonderful person who I’m sure will go far in life.

On 04/07/2025 at 8:30 pm my wife tried to make an online order for me to pick up but online it said it was to close to closing for online orders so I get there at 8:40 and the guys inside said they can only do online orders after 8:30 but when I told them we tried to make an online orders but it said it’s to close to closing for online orders the guys inside said oh well our cash registers are down so we can’t take your order.
If you don’t like your job get a different one.

The online ordering process through the app is very easy & convenient. Food was ready when I arrived but still warm, all of the staff were very friendly, restaurant interior was clean and neat. Overall, Firehouse has some of the best subs around and the spicy options + hot sauce bar make it even better.

the last few times we've eaten there, the guy behind the counter wore gloves to take our cash payment and didn't change his gloves when making sandwiches. I told one of the staff about it and he said he'd mention it. we'll he did it again. wore gloves while ringing up our order and didn't change them when making the sandwiches. it's just unsanitary to do so and can cause people to get sick. I love eating here, they are real friendly and the sandwiches are really good, but the cleanliness has gone down a LOT. I won't be back for a while due to the lack of cleanliness and sanitary procedures. I saw on their health dept Inspections, this is an ongoing issue......

Love the food, but each time I come in these people are so monotone and robotic. Each interaction is so forced. I dont get it. Its not hard to just talk to people and listen
