The staff was super friendly and efficient but the burgers are very small and below average in taste. The Cajun fries were great but the prices are just ridiculous for what you get. David's Burgers are way better. Also, no drive thru, what's up with that?

So this place sucks. The stuff were really kind but the prices are absolutely outrageous. It was $32 just for me and my partner to eat together and we only got two burgers. A small cheeseburger and a double. We shared one large fry and one drink. The quality of the food was so low that I would rather have a burger from Burger King. It's not the staff's fault- In fact, I would say our food was well cooked. However, The meat that they are given to work with as well as the fries are so under seasoned and bland that it is simply not worth the money. The staff were incredibly friendly and they got the food done quickly. The portion size was very small though. They gave us more than enough fries but when you go to a place for a hamburger and it turns out still smaller than a regular burger from a fast food joint it's a little bit disappointing. More than anything I'm really just upset about the amount of money I spent on such boring bland food. You can go to David's burgers and spend less money and get more food that tastes 10 times better I do not recommend you go to five guys.

Burger is pretty basic. Honestly a 5$ burger at Wendy’s is better IMO. 5 guys has great fries that’s about it. 20$ for a burger, sack of fries and a drink is ridiculous and then being asked for a tip on top of that is beyond me.

WOW!! The service was EXCELLENT, very nice/inviting/friendly/cleanly people, from the man at the register , the burger cook and the fry cook!! The place was VERY clean and I'd happily eat inside next time(got takeout this time). The food was also absolutely EXCELLENT!! Burgers were cooked PERFECT, they gave a great portion of fries that were also cooked PERFECT. No doubt this 5Guys in Conway is the BEST burger place around and there is no close 2nd. And I got to leave with a bag full of delicious 5Guys peanuts for free!

Very polite staff. Had our food ready in no time. Just a little too expensive for what you get. If you get a drink and fries each is added on the bill unlike David's which is included. But they do offer more toppings for your burgers. The burger is a decent size. Taste ok. The staff prepared it right after ordering so it was fresh. They have a neat drink machine with add in flavors to make various types of custom drinks. I give this restaurant a 3 star.

Came here for dinner on Mothers Day. We sat outside on the patio. The vegetables and meat were so fresh and delicious. My family of 6 ordered 1 sandwich per person and one large fry to share between us, and we still had leftovers! Quality and affordable.
