Best, most polite service I have ever received at any Hardee’s anywhere. VERY GOOD customer experience! I went through the drive through. The guy who took my order were so pleasant and professional. Hats off to them! Will definitely be back!

Drive-thru service was great. However, when we got home with the food I discovered that I had this tiny sandwich when I had ordered a big hot ham and cheese. So I drove back and took the food in and they argued with me that this was the big hot ham and cheese and it had always been the size. After arguing for a bit, I gave up and came back home with this tiny sandwich. My order of fries (as you can see in the pictures) was bigger than this sandwich. I won't be going back. At least not to this Hardee's location.

I show up at 8:20. Employees are standing around outside. Only 1 screen is working at the drive thru with a note taped to the broken one. I wait for 3 mins and then was told “our systems are down”. I said “so, I guess no orders?” Again all I get is “our systems are down”. I drove 15 miles 1 way. All the lights are on and employees are standing around at 8:20 pm. Won’t be coming back as this location obviously has 1 foot in the grave. Beware.

Food was alright, unfortunately however it gave me food poisoning from a burger, I had to go to the ER, and I have a taste aversion to burgers now :(

Ordered through the drive through and had two different drinks and he handed them to me and I ask which was which and he said I don’t know just taste them. WHAT??!! have you heard of COVID??!’ This was not a family member and I don’t drink after others! Then he made me wait for over minutes for my food being a jerk!
