Stopped here on the way home from our hunting ranch and it did not disappoint! My kids got bbq sliders that were a great deal and delicious! The Mac n cheese and smoked cream corn were also winners!

Went here due to seeing the amazing answers back to negative reviews and boy those people must have not eaten at the same place I went. Staff was amazing, got seated right away, ordered drinks and by the time drinks arrived we were ordering our dinners. Baked potato with the works and sliced brisket, for my wife and she normally doesn't clear a plate but there wasn't much left on it at the end of dinner. I got the nachos with burnt ends, was absolutely delicious smokey sweet and great ratio of chips, cheese, toppings and burnt ends. If you are looking for some delicious food in a great relaxed atmosphere then look no further.

Me and a few of my buddies came in last weekend, got a couple beers, tired some food, what I got was the brisket with spam fries. The spam fries, came in a literal spam can, not sure why, seemed cheap to me, cost $9 when a can of spam from Walmart is $4…The brisket had the texture of cheap beef jerky from a gas station.., service was great, friendly and kind staff, she was quick with the drinks, food, just was disappointed with the brisket, it didn’t have much flavor and it seemed as if it had sat for a while, may of been our fault because we got there around 7pm, but it still shouldn’t taste old like it’s been sitting out and then quickly reheated. Oh and by the way my buddy found a blonde hair in his food. And none of us guys had blonde hair. What made me even write this review was when another buddy of mine shared their opinion from eating here which reminded me of the awful experience we had. None the less i understand business when busy small things happen, but for $150+ the food should’ve been enjoyable.

I’ve been here a couple of times, I try my best to get something new each time as they offer a wide variety of food! I got the Brisket Mac N Cheese, with their sweet tea which is delicious! Their staff is wonderful, and very friendly. I love the atmosphere, decor and overall feel! Would definitely recommend for a date night, or an outing with your friends!!

The Hatchet House in Graham deserves more stars than google will allow! My hopes were low, as eating in Young county tends to be about as good as McDonald’s. But boy was I wrong! The meal choices, were unique, the food had the best flavor, and cooked to perfection. I have never had half of these menu items before and it blew it out of water. After have eaten from sea to shining sea, this is one of my favorites. CHECK IT OUT!
