We really enjoy eating at Hideaway Pizza really good food and friendly service. only problem I always eat to much.

Horrible experience. It took forever to get our food. Did not get checked on, forever to get our bill, the young man who waited on us had no personality. My friend waited forever on her change and this was pushing being there 2 hours.

Pizza burned my tongue but other than that it was magnificent! It has that old fashioned pizza place feel that the pepperoni curls up to create a perfect flavor!!!

Haley (spelling?) was awesome! She was very gracious to our needy selves on the patio; extremely accommodating and attentive. I never had an empty drink. She lowered the blinds for us and set us up with the fan, as it was a hot Arkansan day. Great service! Way to go Haley and kitchen staff.
Always a great place to eat. My wife is gluten-free and they have great options for her. The food is always hot and fresh.

Out of all the pizza restaurants I have been to. I have to say that I am a big fan of Hideaway. This was my first time ordering the Yardbird and I have to say hands down it was a great BBQ Pizza. Actually one of the best I highly recommend.

My sister and I stopped in Conway while on vacation . We went to Hideaway and asked to be sat on the patio. We both ordered a sandwich for supper. For 45 minutes we watched 4 employees stand in a huddle and talk at the hostess podium. I finally walked up and asked what I had to do to get a sandwich and some service. A lady went back and brought us our cold sandwiches. She never apologized or anything and just sat out plates down. They had obviously been sitting back there for awhile. We never got checked on, offered any water or anything until I complained. Our waitress finally came over about the time we were finished eating. She said " I got busy inside". (She was one standing at the podium). I stated that we have not had any service from anyone and she just stood there and giggled. I enjoy tipping generously when I receive good service. But I have never had such lousy service from any Hideaway I have visited. And I have never had 2 employees, knowing that service was not up to par, not apologize and stand giggling. It definitely was a huge disappointment.
