Absolute five star food! Real honest to gosh country with heart. Probably the best roast beef I've ever had. Tender, fall apart, flavorful. The only disappointment was the mashed potatoes. But the squash casserole was a home run, the white beans were exceptional. Coconut pie for dessert was a great ending. The staff were super friendly. Yes, there's a line. But worth the wait. If you're even close to here during lunch time, make the drive.

Pinto beans & fried potatoes & jalapeño cornbread delicious but the chicken and dressing was mainly dressing & maybe too much sage or something out of the ordinary. Would not recommend the dressing no chicken but the banana cream pie delicious.

Most of the fried food was over cooked, food was very bland, its gone from what used to be a great fried chicken place to a served line buffet. Service was great, huge crowd, food just was not great. If you remember having great fried chicken here, this is not it anymore.

Had food catered and the woman, I believe Holly, was extremely rude. Came in slamming the trays of food down everywhere in the middle of our work place. I understand there might have been a rush, but to make rude comments about us not helping, when we had a job to do ourselves, and there was help offered. Then to slam to door when she left was totally uncalled for.
