I went in the other day to buy a gift certificate, but all was for naught.First when I walked in the heater was blasting in the lobby and it was 75 degrees outside. But that's a different complaint. I waited almost 10 minutes before a waiter asked how many party , I told him I was just here to pick up a gift certificate. He looked confused and said he didn't think they sold the here. I pointed to the display next to me and I said yes you do they're right here. He said wait a minute and talked to at least 4 other wait staff and one assistant manager and they all said we don't sell them. The store manager came out to see what the problem was, they told her and she said they didn't sell them I should try Wal Mart they had them. Great training of your employees IHOP. That's a thing i learned a long time ago when I started working. Probably won't eat at that location again .

We got right in to a table. But waited over 5 min. For a server to acknowledge us but they didn't then a couple that had just been seated got a server to take there order he didn't even look at us. Would have been happy to have someone even say be right with you. But Noone did so we left. Bad service.

The service team was really something. The food is good and I had a great experience here. But the service was amazing the Host Allen made sure I was comfortable during my wait. And our waitress Jasmine was fantastic. We felt comfortable to sit and talk after eating without feeling rushed to go. I would absolutely recommend meeting friends or family here for causal get togethers!

I've always loved IHOP but this one was the worst ever took at least 30 mintues after ordering when food came was cold had to send it back to heat up,one of the orders was not correct then we had to ask for refills and wasn't to busy but as the time went on got busy, the.food did not taste good just was very disappointed with this
