We went to this IHop on a Sunday morning at 10 am. Did not have to wait long before being seated. Waitress took our order and about 15 minutes later a large table of 8 sat in the same section. We waited until 11:35 and at that time the large tables food was served and we had been told multiple times that our food should be out shortly. The sever told us that another ticket was bumped ahead of ours...guess that was the large table of 8.

The food was good , but the only one that wanted to work was a young man name JR.. there was people just standing around and he was asking why aren’t the servers doing there job . I could tell he was upset I would be to !!!!!! But he did a great job with us !!!! The other people need to look awake and be happy to have a job and do there job !

Went here on 24 Feb 2024. Have visited this location before and I really enjoyed myself. Even thought being extremely busy my food was Excellent, the service was fantastic as well as the waiter kept us advised on the time for our food. The Selection of omelets was incredible...so many to choose from. The IHOP was clean and organized but very very busy.

Poor communication and poor managementLiterally never came out for training my girlfriend been sitting there for 20 and 30 minutes and she still hasn’t come out and it took me her boyfriend to get her to come out I’m pissed about cause the workers kept trying to do her job for her while she’s in the office

Overall, we had a top-notch experience. Cleanliness was a 10, wait staff were all very friendly and polite, and the food was delicious. We even had a conversation with the on duty manager, Jennifer, who made us feel like family.
