Charles was VERY NICE to bring my order to my car since I wasn’t able to get out. I appreciate him and wanted to let him know and his bosses as well. It’s little acts of kindness like this that will make me go back again and I recommend others. . A co-worked from UAMS made a trip from Little Rock after working all night to Conway store on Farris Rd saying how good they are. Well, now I have ate my Caramellionaire and cookies and cream ice cream and snickerdoodle and sugar cookie. Everything was good but my favorite was the Caramellionaire ice cream and the sugar cookie.

Insomnia you let me down real bad ?? there was a literal hair baked into my chocolate chunk cookie and that ONE cookie was not fresh but the other ones were I called the store to report it but did not get answer because the voicemail box was full. I have a video of the hair when I spit the chewed cookie out.

The cookies tasted amazing and were nicely soft-baked. The staff were sweet and did their job properly. The only con I see is there are no sugar-free options, I would consider adding some sugar-free options for people who have diabetes thyroid disease, or any high blood sugar conditions.
