Mediocre sandwiches. I was expecting some thing better than Subway. They put tons of shredded lettuce on my "Vito" sandwich.

Always love their sandwich! They make a great sandwich Tray in different sizes always prompt and on time. Great to have delivered for a group or party plus get that gallon of sweet tea.

So I just called Jimmy Johns asking if they could deliver my food literally the next block over since I've gotten my food delivered here several times before and the guy I spoke to told me they don't deliver here. So then I asked if anything's changed since they couldn't deliver here anymore and he said “Hold on.†So I'm holding and I hear him in the background saying “F*k F*k F*k F*k! Why the f*k are you guys delivering to places we don't deliver too!†I'm at work with a room full of co workers and so I was embarrassed and shocked that he said that . So then he comes back to the phone and I told him that I Didn't appreciate him cussing like that and that a Lot of people heard him . All he said back was “I wasn't cussing at you , I was cussing at my co workers . I can't deliver to you but I can do a pickup.†I told him I wouldn't like that & he was like “well is that all for you? “ so sarcastically then just hung up . I will also be calling corporate and getting ahold of a manager !

Loved the creative name for each sandwich on the menu. Ordered two Italian Night Clubs with all of the toppings and Jimmy's mustard (had flavorful crunchy mustard seeds). The veggies were super fresh and crunchy, the bread was tender and fragrant. Cookies were sweet and vinegar chips were appropriately tangy. Staff service was speedy and full of life! Location was extremely clean, including the bathrooms.
