Went through the drive-through to pick up my order. The manager asked what the name on the order was so I proceeded to tell him and he told me well I’m not on the clock and I’m not dealing with this and walked away. Never eating here again. Very rude.

So I have to the barer of Bad News, if you been going to this Jimmy Johns for awhile and dont know the secret menu, I am sorry. I am willing to share it with you now, this is exactly what you say, JJ: Welcome to Jimmy John's what can I get for you tonight? U: Can I get your favorite sandwich exactly the same way you like it. Then Boom ?, the sandwich Chef there goes to work, and makes you a Master piece. Have Faith in them, there the Experts.
About a week ago I came into this establishment and ordered three sandwiches. The lady that took my order rushed me the entire time which was not a good experience considering I’ve never been in a Jimmy Johns before then so I had to look over the menu and there were no customers behind me so I was confused as to why she was being rude.My sandwiches were made and the guy that made the sandwiches just kinda tossed them at me (with no bag) so I kindly asked if I could have a bag so I don’t have to drive home with three sandwiches in my lap. He proceeds to roll his eyes and say something under his breath. I also was not handed a drink cup so I asked for that and got an attitude AGAIN?! I told the worker, if he didn’t like his job why is he working there? Also, the other coworkers were sitting on the countertops where the food is being prepared which I feel is very unsanitary. I then called the next day to speak to the manager and he apologized and said the owner would be in touch with me. I’ve never received a phone call and it was just overall a terrible experience and will not be back. On top of everything else, I get all the way home and frustrated at this point. I open the sandwiches and 2/3 of the sandwiches were not correct. Very disappointed.

Literally just left this place & had the worst experience. We ordered two sandwich meals both with regular chips & a sweet tea. They only gave us one drink & one bag of chips for our two meals. When we asked the cashier about the other drink & chips. He said we didn’t order it. We proceed to tell him that we wanted it & he charged us again after we paid for the sweet tea, Did not receive the chips. When we ask again about the chips, he looks at us & sighs. The worst customer service I’ve had in a while, we clearly asked for it THREE TIMES. This was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at this establishment & will most likely not be back because of this experience.

Nice quiet place stop for bite and get a deal that going leave you stuff. The bread of the sandwich is kinda tough where ya have pull bread with your teeth to take a bite.
