Very disappointing. Drove from Greenbrier to pickup food. Was greeted and the drive thru very disrespectfully for absolutely no reason. Was cussed at through the speaker while driving to the window. This was a simple order through the app. All I had to do basically was let them know that I was there to pick up my food. Get to the window, and there was just more disrespect. Closing the window on me while asking a question, and just walking away. I let it slide assuming that everyone has their bad days. Once I got home and got food out for the family I realized there were a few items missing. Also, I ordered a meal with two chicken breasts and was given two thighs. It was just a mess all the way around. Considered calling to speak with a manager, but figured it wouldn't make a difference. They need to do better at this location. I'll try again sometime, but if I get the same service, it will be the last time.

Food sucks, the girl at the window has a really bad attitude, they don’t give us any of our sauces, took around 10 mins just to get sauce, forgot our pies, we didn’t even bother going back for those because our food was getting cold waiting for the sauces, horrible food, horrible service, definitely do not recommend

Went through the drive thru and ordered, then I had to drive around front and wait. After waiting 15 minutes I went in I placed my order 6:08 pm and didn’t get my order until 6:29 pm. I know everyone has bad days but the lady in charge seemed very stressed out she keep saying lock the front door I’m not going to have the same thing happen like last night what ever that means. KFC get her some help!

The lobby was closed at 8pm no one would answer the phone. So how r u supposed to get any service if ur truck doesn't fit through the drive through? Everyone just looked at u like u r crazy and didn't want to help u.

Found a pubic hair in my mash potatoes, how disgusting. Took food back they acted like they didn’t believe me very rude customer service so here is the picture. So I asked for my money back and I was told that nobody in there had their pubic hairs out awful customer service I won’t be back. Wished I could’ve gave you all 0 stars.

It was ok. Service a little slow and it was a 20 minute wait on original. I went in on Sunday about 12:45. 3 people a head of me and only 1 in dining area.
My husband and I went to this location around 4:15p-4:30p Thursday afternoon, craving fried chicken. Sharon, the new ASM, was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, efficient and a good sales person on the bucket special. She said there was fresh food cooking and she would bring it out to the car for us when it was ready. Keep up the good work Sharon.

For starters it took almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the front to take our order It was the manager that came to take our order and she was very rude they said they couldn’t make original chicken for my 70 year old grandmother the Mac and cheese looked like it had been sitting there for days the coleslaw tasted like pig slop and the chicken was still raw she didn’t use gloves when making our order and when I asked about sweet tea she said the only tea they have is the brisk tea on the Fountain while we were sitting in the lobby 4 other separate costumes walked out KFC has gone downhill I do NOT recommend going there

Ordered and paid online 52$ order chicken was very bad either old chicken or burnt grease maybe both but I could not eat the chicken and I called and tried to get my money back they said they can't refund any online orders at all you gotta get the refund through the app and the app person offers me a partial refund I declined and it's been a hassle every since but soon as I walked inside the store it was a strange unpleasant smell throughout the whole store I already was skeptical but I had already paid DO NOT USE THE APP AND THEY USUALLY HAVE A BETTER DEAL ON THE WINDOW THAN ON THE APP THIS HAPPENED ON APRIL 4TH I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM IN IS NOW APRIL 7TH 50$+GONE AND THIS CONWAY AR USED TO BE THE BEST CHICKEN IN TOWN
