Last time I ordered medium steak hibachi, it was like over medium or almost done. So, this time I try the streak medium rare and it’s so rare, the outside is red and uncooked on 3 pieces. They just needed cooked a little longer and would be my perfect medium rare steak. 👍🏽

The server was very friendly and welcoming, the facility was clean and neat. The food was great, excellent quality and generous servings. And when there was a slight problem on our order, it was fixed promptly with no fuss. For what you get, the price is good. I highly recommend this place.

I've been here a few times now. Their burgers are quite good but they prepare a limited quantity each day so it's best to go for lunch if you want a burger. Yesterday I had the steak and shrimp hibachi. It's tasty and a decent value so my only complaint is the amount of meat is a bit small compared to the mountain of rice they give you. Otherwise it's a nice addition to the Conway food scene.
This has become my favorite place to get sushi. It's a small place that can be easy to miss when driving by. I've tried all the sushi places around and for the price you can't beat it.

I have had so many bad experiences trying to get hibachi and sushi here in Arkansas and Kotaro blows them out of the water. These are the best sushi rolls I've had in a very long time. They're fresh and rolled perfectly, not falling apart as soon as they're picked up. I added pictures of those but they were halfway gone by the time i remembered to snap a pic. They were gorgeous.
The hibachi came with lots of good veggies and the steak was cooked perfectly med rare when it's been overcooked at every other hibachi I've been to. The only thing I didn't just love was the gyoza but that's not because they were bad, they just weren't the best I've had. Not enough to doc a star. They were cooked perfectly, it just seemed like they were missing some flavor and didn't come with the traditional dipping sauce but some kind of sweet/sour/hot sauce.
