Ordered online to be ready by 1 pm, get there to find them closed. No answer when called. Get 1/2 way back home (an hour away) for them to call with excuses. We did go back and picked up our food. It was delicious but the service needs some work. Probably will not go back.

Worst experience ever. Sat there 2 hours waiting on food that never came. We had a table of 15, and I called to make sure they could handle us. They were not prepared. Some people got their food over a 2 hour all at different time. Those who got theirs said it was pretty good, but I wouldn't know. Guess it'll be McDonald's.

Y’all, I usually don’t do reviews but baby when I say they deserve the attention ?….!!! The food was fresh and so good. This is the best seafood I have had.!! Customer service was on point.!!! I couldn’t even drink anything cause I was busy stuffing my face. My daughter loved it so much.! She usually dislikes seafood cause we only had one seafood place back home but I won’t bash them folks. This place is a 10/10 seriously.! I’ll be back tomorrow for round two. ( don’t judge me ) prices are very reasonable.! It’s worth it.! I walked in and seen different cultures eating and vibing. The restaurant is clean to the T. And restroom was Also clean.! I didn’t eat there cause I like being comfortable at home . But definitely check them out. I’m full and ready for bed.! 10/10 I do recommend

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Conway when it comes to service. Called in an order for fish and shrimp. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. One hour later, and the order was still not completed. The restaurant had one customer in their shop. This is the second time in a row where the order was drastically late. Last time I had to wait over and hour and a half to get my order. How does it take that long to cook seafood.

I ordered online, paid with credit card online $102. Told online my order would be ready at 5:41pm. I arrived at exactly 5:41pm, only to find the place closed. Very disappointing. Hopefully a refund will be issued to my credit card or I will have to dispute the charge.

There were two other tables when we came in. They already had their food. So no wait one would think… yet it took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Forty minutes to get our food. I paid more than $16 and got a pathetic basket with half the amount of fish listed on the menu. I brought it up and they said they would bring my second piece of fish. More than 20 minutes later and it never arrived. What I got tasted good but over all it was a pathetic experience. Not recommended.

Poor service. Opened late. Service person sitting on phone not paying attention. Order did not have shrimp and coleslaw. Instead of telling us they were out of Dr Pepper they decided to run to store to buy some. We changed to coke because we already had food and needed drinks. Person came back without dr peppers anyways. Won’t be back!!

While the Food was mediocre at best the staff were very out of place and not to be found when needed, the price was not worth the amount of food we got ($20-$30 per person) and the food tasted overcooked and had little to no seasoning, I usually give places a 2nd chance but after my 1st experience I won't be coming back.

The food is very good and obviously made fresh. However, the service was very slow and disorganized. We waited 20 minutes for half of our food, 5 minutes later we got our drinks, we had to ask for forks so we could eat the coleslaw. We had to ask for the other half of our order. The restaurant wasn't busy. We won't eat here again.
