The owners here are awful. I quit and multiple others have quit due to the awful management. they use EXPIRED products in all their foods. Reuse the day old nasty and wet donuts until they run out so they don't waste but will refuse to give donuts out the night before to any sort of needed profit free programs. They will keep a certain amount of merchandising like limited time donut boxes and merchandise to advertise with and sale them on eBay so they can make more money and tell the customers that we sold out early and they have to have a regular box. They would trash talk employees to other employees and told me herself she would cut people to one day if she didn't like them so they would quit. She was so harsh to judge and didn't give a rip about any employees. will never work here or eat here again. I hope this helps future customers and employees. SHUT IT DOWN.

Lady at the front desk(sorry I didn't get her name) was so friendly and appreciative. You could tell she enjoys her job. The donuts were still warm and melted in my mouth. Shop was decorated for valentines day and cheerful. Wish I lived closer, I'd be there 5x a week and probably gain 20lbsðŸ¤

We were the only ones there, but couldn’t find a clean table, and the staff seemed to be trying to rush us through ordering. It was morning and the window to watch the donuts was filthy.

Worse experience of my life. I ordered a half dozen custom assorted and 2 chillers. The attendant said he would be right back. I waited a few minutes and another worker brought my donuts yet no one brought me my drinks I honked my horn 2 times and waited for another 5 minutes, so I get went inside also my order was wrong. When attendant was asked why we didn't get our drinks he said we drove off. Get better staff that knows how to do their job. If it was not for the woman at the front that fixed my problems in 2.5s with a good attitude I wouldn't set foot in this place.

I brought the kids to KK in Conway Arkansas about a month ago and they gave us a free dozen glazed donuts so we stopped by today and the man waiting on us couldn’t talk English so he called the shift supervisor over and he told us that he wasn’t honoring it because he didn’t know what it was clearly it said KK and 1 free dozen of glazed donuts. How terrible to do that to children. I will continue to go to bakery’s for our donuts. Like I would even know how to make a something like that.

How ridiculous. All over their website says they are BOGO Grinch donuts, so I sent my husband to get some. He shows the website and immediately gets told no we aren't doing that. So, I call and get told they are. I called and was told yes we are doing that. Then I call my husband back like no this guy said they were. My husband is adamant he was told no. So, I call back. Sure enough his boss told him they arent doing it. So now my husband has just drove 45 minutes from home for a deal that is clearly listed on the website only to be told they aren't doing it.
False Advertising, not having their story together with ALL employees, but at least the guy on the phone was so nice! He was apologetic and didn't know why they were not doing the promotion.
The service was great and the donuts were good. My wife and I were a little too early for the hot and fresh donuts.
