Good chicken! It could use just a smidgen more seasoning but overall very good! Service was... not speedy or friendly. But if Kroger paid its employees a better starting wage I bet the employee turnover would go down and the service at the deli would improve dramatically ?.

I was accused of stealing a Kroger marketplace this morning by Mr. Vaughan and his employees. The cashiers were having a powwow instead of attending to people who needed assistance in self check. I scanned my card and left behind the item that didn’t scan. The screen still saying waiting on assistance but assistance never showed I go to leave. As soon as I’m in the parking lot all kind of help suddenly arrives, accusing me of theft. Mr. Vaughn even volunteered to call Conway PD. When I go back to the register to the assistance alert had disappeared, and I simply pressed continued check out, and my receipt popped out in the transaction was completed. This something that your attendant could have easily done being that she had not done her job in the first place. Now comes the part when I try to return my items and guest services is closed but the store is open. Apparently you cannot get a refund a Kroger until 8 o’clock even though the store opens at 6am. Horrible experience.

I love the chicken at the concession stands, it's fire. I think the guy who made them, think he said his name was Kaiden, he should honestly get a raise.

Have waited for approaching 15 minutes to get checked out and looks like I will be waiting no telling how long! 😤
They only have 2 checkers, the rest are self service, and they don’t seem to care that there are about a dozen of us waiting to be checked out!
It appears they want to force you to use self check out, not going to happen!
This is the world we now live in and I’m pretty put out about it!
I pretty much left Walmart because of such poor service and looks like I will be leaving Kroger as well!

Pickup is a joke ! The guy that brought my things out didn’t tell me some of the items were out of stock , I drove 45 min home to find out my 5 bags of dog food weren’t in The trunk of the car ! What an idiot !

Some from corporate asked that the bin be removed that allowed donations for the high school food program?? The program that feeds hungry kids?? Donations by paying customers, at no cost to kroger... That's pretty sick corporate. Does corporate hate hungry kids or just feeding them?
There is a solid 2 inches of ice in the Kroger entry ways that extend several feet out into the parking lot. No precautions taken, customers were slipping and falling all over the place. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Those poor people in the pharmacy working like crazy and I still had to stand in line for 30 minutes. One woman was working the drive through and a pick up window. Maybe a little more staff ???

Kroger keeps advertising how fresh their produce is when I found rotten potato and molded oranges on their shelves. that doesn't seem 'Fresher than Fresh" to me.

Kroger on Salem in Conway AR needs to step up! Two lanes on a Sunday and self check out lines around the corner on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON is absolutely ridiculous. What happens to the Kroger that prided their store or waiting minimal amount of time in line.
