My order was wrong. Pizza was really dry they forgot to add the ranch. Dessert was not even cooked all the way. I was told there was nothing the could do about it. GM’s name is Pam who stated that. Never again. Yes this was tonight 9/11
Very busy, ran out of clean plates but they had a backup using styrofoam. Ice machine went out of ice. Staff seemed confused on who was supposed to be doing what. Would not take my kids to the playroom there is no staff there and nasty.

I go here every year for my birthday. Usually get buffet but I only eat the chicken honey mustard. Unable to do so this year, I ordered one from my home. I also ordered cinnamon sticks which were delicious. my entire cost for delivery to my house was $49 for two items. The pizza was $20 and tasted horrible pictures included. I won’t order from here again online. couldn’t figure out how to add a picture, you would see what I mean.

Kids were just running every where and soo loud and pizza wasn't to fresh at first and wasn't pleased thereabout the pizza

We typically love Larry's and visit somewhat regularly but lately the food and service have gone down. We visited after church and they seemed behind from the moment they opened. We requested several desert pizzas that were never made despite waiting over an hour. The pizza that did come out were burnt which leads me to believe they did not have enough people to get them out of the oven. Very dissatisfied and we will not be coming back any time soon.

Loved the pizza!! It's hard being allergic to tomatoes but it was no problem for the staff to make me a pizza. The staff were friendly and fast at moving pizzas around the place. They answered my questions quickly.
I didn’t catch the lady name but she was little older with glasses and red/maroon hair , she said it was her first day at the job , SHE did amazing , while I was eating I just noticed how she was always busy cleaning , doing the pizza and walking and checking the tables . I noticed couple of the younger boys just chatting and moving around like busy , and when they grab the pizza they never walked out to the floor saying what it was and just stuck it on the bar , which I didn’t mind walking up there but the point is if others doing it do it as well .also I was little worried on what the younger boy was spraying to clean the bar with because he was spraying it and it was all around the salad ?
