Even though Logans has been on the decline for several years, we generally have a pleasant experience eating there every few weeks, but last night the service was terrible. On top of the host being rude when she sat us, not one of the several employees that walked by even acknowledged our existence for nearly 20 minutes. We left and went to Outback where the service was excellent.
service sucks.Waited nearly an hour for our food only to be told that their computer crashed and needed to reorder. seems ours was the only one it affected. they weren't even busy.
