Went to Logan’s for the first time. Friendly customer service. Great, fresh food including made homemade yeast rolls and a cinnamon apple dessert. Macey was an excellent server, and the kitchen Manager Wes came out to say hello. I highly recommend Logan’s in Conway!

You Are Special!
My husband and I took our grandkids here today and had the worse service ever! They were not even busy at all. We were seated at a large table and was told the server would be right with us, but nobody came. I finally stood up to go find some and this lady was coming from the back all puzzled cause nobody had given us anything but menus and she was very apologized and got our drinks. A young girl came and took our order then disappeared for long period of times. She brought us our bill then diapered again and we got tired of waiting on her to come back so we left our money on the table and left! Our bill was very high for the poor serves we got. We will not be back nor would I ever recommend this place to our friends and family

Came here the other day and got some great food and the service from jaqolynn was absolutely wonderful. Very prompt and welcoming. Love her!!!
Seriously shocked at how bad our experience was. The music was so loud that I could not even think. The server asked us to repeat ourselves, we asked her the same- 0/10 experience. I’m not some old lady- I like music as much as anyone but that was bar level loud. I even wore loops to try and reduce the volume and it was still painfully loud. Ridiculous. We asked them to lower it twice and of course nothing was done. Food was just okay but we will never be back. Horrible first and last experience.

When I initially walked in, I was enticed by a southern style sweet lemonade, which Was delicious.
I visited the restroom, which smelled just like soap and Samuel Adams himself was Doing a toast to me as I Used the urinal.
As I walked out of the restroom, I saw a sign that was of Route 66, and it made me want to go on a road trip, just like the rest of the place Very well decorated.
The food was also good. The ranch is acceptable.
I got exactly what I asked for. My date Had her order very undercooked initially, but they redid it quickly and it looked amazing and was also tasty.

IDK if I left a review already but we had jaq and she was amazing thank you for the amazing service. I mean really people don't understand how important service is when it comes to a whole experience at a restaurant. If the food is mid and the service is excellent and the waitress is awesome I'll definitely come back. The food can be the best ever but if the wait staff has a bad attitude or doesn't give that good service to make the experience great, then I probably won't come back and that's just the way it is for a lot of us.
