I love this restaurant. We go here often. The same man, whose name I just cannot remember right now…Robert, maybe?..is usually working the front counter and drive-thru. He’s such a nice dude. Very pleasant and always multitasking. We are always are greeted by him or the other staff, and everyone is just so great here! The restaurant is a little aged, but I love it anyway! The staff obviously works very hard to keep it clean even though there is wear on the benches and tables, on the paint, etc. It’s got a nice nostalgia to it, and I don’t mind it being a little worn or dated. The food is phenomenal!!! PHENOMENAL, I say!!! The chicken is always crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The fish is crispy on the outside and nice and flaky inside. And those crispies?! Heaven! Always fresh! I literally crave the green beans. I also really love the cole slaw! It has just the right amount of mayo so that it’s not too dry or too runny. My husband loves their corn. LJS used to have the best corn on the cob, so moving to kernel corn seemed like a horrible change, but it’s actually still great just like the cob corn!! Yay! And, I realize this is fast food…fast SEAFOOD, at that, but I L O V E this Long John Silver’s! It is a gem, and I’m happy to drive from the other side of Greenbrier to this spot on Oak Street in Conway to indulge in the great service and outstanding food here! Keep up the spectacular work, Conway LJS!!
Food was decent but staff was totally unprofessional. Angry and argumentative. The woman at the window has horrible customer service and after reading the comments and complaints below, I wonder why she still has a job. Won’t eat here again after my experience

I always have enjoyed the batter dipped fish and chicken. Unfortunately the portion sizes are smaller and the price higher. It was almost $20 for just me and no add ons or dessert.

If you order online, it will cost you more. They use door dash for online orders. I paid $18.00 over counter ordering. The food was supposed to be ready at 6:00. When I got there at 6:02, they hadn't even started my order. I left at 6:33. One surprising thing this time, is the food wasn't greasy. I guess you get that when you wait over 30 minutes.

Had an amazing experience. My family and I always talked about how we didnt know alot of people who go to LJS. Steven who works there had great customer service which lacks these days. The food was delicious if you like fried food. My children loved the atmosphere.
Drive through woman is rude my kids begged me to just leave. So terrible attitude won’t be back

I feel like I'm saying the same thing other people are saying. But the truth of the matter is this place is horrible. The fish is greasy the chicken was greasy the popcorn shrimp was greasy. The waffle fries were cold and old the corn tasted like hominy according to my wife she too was disgusted. Too much sugar in the sweet tea the unsweet tea was bitter. The store was clean but I'm pretty sure that's because nobody is ever there. I too have worked in the food industry and that was completely unacceptable. I was hoping in finding a Long John silver's I could remember some of my childhood memories nope. This place is the worst $30 I ever spent . Customer service was okay not totally horrible. I barfed in the parking lot it was that bad. The next day I wish I had invested in TP in my portfolio. As I'm writing this in severe pain so is my wife possible food poisoning. This is not a hate post check out my other reviews. This place is bad don't go.

Cousin and I stopped by for some food on the way from a Gundam event and it was a little backed up. A worker came out and instantly remembered us and our usual order. I’ve never had any problems from this location!

Apparently the girl that works the drive through hates her job. No personality at all. Gave me the price and that was it. Handed me my food and closed the window. I work in the food industry and go out of my way to make the customer feel appreciated. Good thing I like their food because the service would keep me away. Do better.
