BEWARE COCKROACHES!!! It’s been a while since I posted reviews on Google, but this store makes me to write a review. We visited this place yesterday as my kids wanted. We ordered two small cups, and after I finished payment, my wife pointed and whispered to me that she saw a cockroach near the topping-marble station - WT…there was…but it quickly went inside and disappeared when I tried to take a picture. So, while my kids eating ice cream, we carefully looked around the store if there were more cockroaches and found many (plz see pics and videos). It was so disgusting.

My friend and I are from out of town and reeeeeally wanted ice cream! I got the cookie dough surprise and my friend got the blue cotton candy flavor in a dipped cone. Boy was I surprised! My ice cream was WAY too sweet, basically inedible (and I love sweet things!). My friends cotton candy ice cream was ok at first, but started to taste salty or even rancid after a few licks. She scooped out the ice cream to try and eat just the cone, but the ice cream kinda ruined it. We aren't sure if that ice cream was somehow past expiration, but it tasted like it. Both of our ice creams had some super weird texture issues, too. Not too good, would not recommend! Service was nice, tho.

Today I took my 2 Littles to this location and had an amazing experience. CJ was so nice and told us about birthday services they offered as my kids birthdays were coming up. great tasting cookies, wonderful customer service every time we go. 10/10

A Roach in My son’s ice cream! My son picked marble slab to get ice cream. We had never been and it had great reviews so we stopped. He wanted 1 of every 22 flavors and the associate was kind and helpful. When she scooped the last scoop my son said there was a bug in the ice cream. I thought because it was black cherry it was a pick. I was mistaken, it was a roach. We pointed it out, the associate seem upset. She apologized and took that scoop off. I thought ok she’ll give a discount or offer new ice cream, NOPE! No discount and my son was given that Ice Cream. I have to say I will never be back, I would definitely never recommend Marble Slab to anyone!

The best ice cream in the area! Fabulous fresh flavor. Should be award winning ?. Wonderfully delicious ?. So many unique creations to choices from with the option to build your own. Brings out the kid in you and fun for all ages. Ever find yourself in the area you gotta try Marble Slab Creamery. Wish I had taken a pic to share...
