I’m sorry but what is this? I’ve been going to this ice cream spot for a couple years now and never once got one scoop that looked like this. I don’t know if the girl was new or if she was just nervous the other girls were watching her but this is not one scoop or worth almost $5, this was more half a scoop than anything.

All the products I've tried have been fantastic! I love being able to effectively design my own ice cream. Highly recommended. They also have many interesting flavors. Oh, and malts too!...So, this would be a 5-star place, but when I last visited, both restrooms had out of order signs. Truthfully, having no public bathroom would be fine for many small shops, but ice cream is often messy and sticky! Thankfully, they were accommodating when I asked for a sink, and pointed me to the bathroom that had the working one.

I went to this location on Saturday May 6th at 1pm while on vacation visiting family. The girl was so rude! I asked her if she would make me a cookie cake and I'd pick it up later. They were open until 10pm. She refused, said she already made 30 and she wasn't going to make anymore. I will never go back there again. Isn't it their job to service customers, do they want the business? Apparently not. Management should really take heart on who they hire, this girl was bad for the business.

This is my son and my favorite spot to come sit for a few minutes and enjoy a good scoop of ice cream. The prices are more than fair in todays market and the employees are friendly and courteous. Fast service.

A few years ago, my grandpa would pick me up from school every Wednesday and take me to marble slab. We would go so regularly that the staff knew us pretty well. One girl in particular knew us especially well. Out of all of the visits we made, I never once caught her name. All I knew about her was that she was blonde and was one of the managers at the store. She was always so kind and patient with my grandpa who has alzheimers. Eventually, life happened and my family moved to another town, and we had to put my grandpa in a memory care facility. Today, I came back in town with my choir to compete at state. We stopped to eat lunch and I decided to stop by Marble Slab after lunch. The place was absolutely packed with kids, and the only person working was the kind blonde girl. She was crazy busy, but she managed to serve everyone with a smile. I ordered my regular from years ago, and as I went up to pay she said, "It's been a while since you've been here." That little moment made me so happy. I'm glad she remembered me after all of these years.
My daughter's eyes beamed with joy as she saw the variety of ice creams teamed with Great American Cookies variety of sweets. We had ice cream sandwiches which made both our bellies jump for joy.......however.....dinner was ruined for the night.

Do not go here. Placed an order online and lost it but never took responsibility. Made me wait 2 hours for it and never called me when it was ready. terrible customer service
