Lots of options to order. Order prepared as expected. One salad and one sandwich with two teas came to $38. A bit pricey for what you get.

After the back and the counter finished fussing amongst themselves, they told us they didn’t have potatoes. At all. So we left. I don’t know how the food was.

Lines long,short staffed for lunch,one person ringing orders,one person making drinks and running orders,and it looked like one in the kitchen. I ran in to eat because it was close to my appointment location. After placing my order and sitting, watching others get their orders. I finally went to check on mine and it was sitting in the window. I took my own plate to my table. Oh and my food was only warm.Ya'll went up on prices for what now? I won't be back! I can go to a nice sit down restaurant and not have to deal with that. Oh and I'm sure it's cheaper.

I ordered an Italian Sandwich with no black olives but got a load of black olives on my sandwich. The side of Mac and Cheese that I paid an extra $2.49 for was disgusting. My girlfriend ordered a chicken caesar salad and the lettuce was all brown and disgusting. Expected much better considering I spent $41 for my girlfriend and I!
Not to mention the cookies at the front were all expired as well…who knows what else in the back is expired!

Ate there with a friend a few weeks back. We both ordered the half sandwich and cup of soup, was good. My problem was with the bill, did not notice it till later but they added an extra $1.79 for pickle. I did not ask for a pickle nor did they tell me they tell me they were charging for the pickle. I stopped back in there today. They said the charge is just on there, there is no way to take it off. That is a terrible way to do business, will never go back again and tell others anytime I get a chance.

Four parties of orders were made and passed out long before my sandwich eventually was made even though I had ordered first. Got handed the wrong meal, gave it back, guy set it down for 2 seconds before handing it to an old man right in front of me. I told the old man thats the meal that was on my table and just handed it back. Called manager over, he claimed he personally remade it when I physically saw it get set down for 2 seconds before being passed back out. I told the manager it should've been remade, but honestly the manager should not lie to try to cover themselves.

Order curbside togo and sit out side for 30 mins after the order says it was ready and nobody came out to bring my salad to me i had to go in and get it guess they dont knkw what curbside means everytime i order from this store i have go in and get it i call to let them know im there and they say ok we will bring it out to you and never do i went in today to get it and 3 people were just standing there not doing anything they had 2 customers in there being served by a 4th person that was it bad customer service i feel sorry for people who choose mcalisters curbside for there lunch break and they get done like this dont think i will be ordering from here again but i know to big to care if you lose one customer right i love the salad i order but not the wait time for curbside(found out reason from an employee they ignore it cause its the same alert as doordash pickup when it goes to the tablet that alerts them maybe they should change the sound for each one)

Ordered two meals on the app for pickup for traveling purposes. Both our sandwiches were wrong. Had to go back into the store and wait for the sandwiches to be made again. While waiting, I observed a young man in the kitchen vaping and pacing back and forth. Will not stop here again if in the area.

Went there a few days ago, can’t recall which day it was but it was around noon. A older lady who I assume was a shift lead or manager was yelling and being somewhat rude towards staff behind the counter. You could tell by their faces it was bothersome. After I had placed my order I went back up to the counter to ask for something and witnessed the older lady calling someone lazy to another worker very loudly while they all stood there. Our food was good, restaurant was decently clean but I have to say if you want the store running smoothly you need to keep your staff happy. Be careful on who you have running your establishment.

I did a curbside pick up said would be ready at 1:12. I arrive marked checked in. I wait 10mins (1:20) then call, and they tell me 10 more minutes. I call again (1:35) told again 10 more minutes. I told them I was already told 10mins the last time. He apologized and said I can make it now. I call again 12mins later and they said it just finished. I ordered a kids pizza with chips. It should not have taken that long. I understand things happen, but they need to be more upfront and not lie and should offer a discount or anything to make up for the inconvenience. I was lied to several times and will not be back here.
