Over the recent months, we have noticed the restaurant is not clean, it is understaffed, and it is generally morphing into a run-down restaurant. The food quality hasn't suffered but the atmosphere isn't good. We have noticed ots of dirty tables, trash in the floors, the outside illumination is burned out and longer than usual wait times for dine-in orders. Previously a staffer would come by the table and ask if you needed anything - not anymore.
Emma was wonderful! It was pleasant to have such a happy person. Food was good…they were out of a few things and the trash needed to be taken out.
Overall it was good…anyone notice the size change in their glasses?

I have never been to any McAlister's that had almost every table with dirty plates and trash on them. I could tell they were short staffed but not a good thing!
