Ordered 2 large fries and 2 double cheeseburgers Halloween night around midnight at drive thru didn't get one of my large fries called restaurant to let them know. Manager said she wrote my name down and to say something next time I came. Couple days later I come and ask for my fries and they said my name wasn't written down or anything. So I'm out $5 for a large fries because of the poor management by a big Hispanic lady.

I love this McDonalds but this is the 2nd morning in a row, I have not gotten a gas brown with my breakfast meal. They refuse to answer the phone, so you can’t speak to manager (not even calling to complain just put me down for another one) It gets frustrating paying for something and not getting it.

I'm not sure what's so hard about working at McDonald's that the drive through attendant can't even get an order right, but driving away and realizing there is no sauce in the bag and the burger was done wrong because of the laziness of the workers is frustrating. Do better McDonald's because everyone knows if you were to go somewhere you wanted your order done right the first time.

Very rude drive thru workers Kendyl with a Y as she told her manager to tell me so I could call corporate to make a complaint ,,due to the rudeness of the drive thru worker.. Made a Complaint to the manager she wasn’t concerned all over changing a kid meal order.. But Kendyl with a Y made sure she wasn’t at the window when I drove through.

It's hit miss there most days use to be best McDonald's in Conway.
Someone decided to have a family reunion at the drive thru window and caused a 10 minute delay. Which caused me to get a point at work and my daughter to be late for school.

I came to this McDonald’s today on Dave Ward Conway ar. I waited 15 min in the drive thru for a quarter pounder with cheese. I got to the window. Drove off and notice. That all I got was an apple pie. Well I turned around. Went in. And waited 7 min until someone came to the counter. She had to go get another employee. So I explained. I got a pie instead of my sandwich. So I waited 9 more minutes for my sandwich. She brought it to me. No bag. Napkins. Nothing. Got to my truck. Opened the quarter pounder with cheese box. And there stood a Big Mac. I didn’t go back in because I had already spent 40 mins there. But come on people. What the hell. I just don’t understand.
