I received old fries with my order and they weren’t even halfway full in the container. In addition to this, we had to pull forward and wait an additional 10 minutes for our food and they forgot the nuggets.

I went through the drive through after being put on hold 3 different times I placed my order. When I finally got my food not one fry and everything was cold. The drinks weren’t right either, asked for 2 large cokes EASY ice. Got one coke one dp and both had no ice and they couldn’t even be bothered to add ice after being asked twice at the window. This isn’t the first time I’ve received this kind of crapy service but it is the first time I ask for a refund and I’ll never be back again especially at night.

Ordered 1 large Ice Coffee and believe me when I say this, it taste like complete water! Horrible Service. This is not the first occurrence either. So I waited until now to make a post. One visit prior ordered a large coffee premium I paid to have the liquid sugar added and which was not added along with the caramel.

This McDonald’s has gone downhill. The experience I had this morning was frustrating, but was not the first time. I ordered on the app, gave my code at the drive thru, then was asked to pull in a parking spot while they prepare my order. I waited 26 mins for my food, and half of it was incorrect and there were no condiments. Poor service.

As a large man I’m a food expert hahaha but seriously worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had I e lived all over the United States and this is the worst one every time I’ve come the customer service isn’t good. The food taste like it was cooked with old oil buns are soggy and are squished luke warm fries limp and just not good I love McDonald’s but this specific location is not good at least in the 4-5 times I’ve been here

Fast enough service for this time of day.
Better directions to explain which window to stop at whether window 1 or 2 for pick up. But you can't beat the five dollar meal deal.
