I would not recommend this location. Save your time and go to Chick-fil-A.

This was my first and last time visiting here, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. I assumed the experience would be different because it's located in Conway.

My order was incomplete, and I ended up paying for food I never received. The staff at the pickup window were rude, and when I tried to address the issue, the situation was not handled with care. To make matters worse, the team member raised her voice at me in front of my young children, which I found very disrespectful. I believe missing items could have been easily resolved, but the lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns was disappointing. I prefer not to engage in conflicts or arguments, especially in a public setting.
