I did the order from the app. They say they don't start the order until I arrive. My cheeseburgers were cold with an even colder slice of cheese on them. The fries were also cold and limp, but my quarter powder with cheese was hot and juicy. I even had to pull up to the 3rd window to wait for my order to be completed...so why did I get/why did the manager allow this order to go out? My son is getting older, so I find my Jeep not pulling into McDonald's so often. I was by myself and wanted something to bring my son, and now we will be trying other Drive thrus...

McDonald's food is the same, regardless of which location you visit. However,the service you receive,is not. Bryant Mc Donald's has the most rude employees ever. Starting with the hostile "welcome to Mc Donald's",and ending with the "here" when your bag of food gets tossed to you from the drive thru window. I will eat at McDonald's,just not the Bryant, Arkansas location. The reason I went there,was because I was at Lowe's,and that was the dinner request by my family

Took 10 minutes for them to even answer the drive through, then another 10 sitting in line just for them to ask me to pull forward and wait for the order. I only had one combo. Then once I got it, I was still missing half of my one combo.

It's like they purposely go out of their way to mess up orders. They almost never get anything right. And they definitely make a huge show of the customer annoying them for just walking in. Definitely one of the worst I've been to.
i made a doordash order for a larger quarter pounder meal and 3 McDonald's and when it arrived i was missing my karge fries from the meal and 1 of my McDonald's absolutely unacceptable even if they ran out if ingredients you should always substitute what you cant

Ordered a bacon McDouble no pickle…got home no bacon whatsoever on my burger. I called the store three times no answer, and I wasn’t going to drive all the back across town just to get a new burger. Do better McDonald’s I paid almost 4$ for a bacon McDouble just to get no bacon.
