Every single time I order online for this McDonald’s I’m missing at LEAST one thing from my order. It’s absolutely annoying to pay for something and not receive it at all.

Visited this morning and I was in a rush to get somewhere but needed to eat. The line was backed up to the parking area. I thought it would take forever but to my surprise I was in and out within 6 min. Good job!

The young lady at the front counter completely ignored me when I was trying to place my order so I went to the kiosk to order and still needed her to pay. she acted like it was an issue because she was trying to go to brake. When I got my food my mc crispy looked like it had been sitting and then they re fried it. It tasted like cardboard. When I brought it up to the front it took 20 mins to get another one and I know it dont take that long to cook a fresh one. There was only a few people in side and drive thru was slow so idk what the issue was.
This consistently is the worst mcds that is unfortunately closest to my house. They let you sit at speaker forever, rude, act inconvenienced by you ordering food. Needs new Managment apparently since it’s always this way

This McDonald’s is absolutely WONDERFUL. The service here was amazing. And the most important thing is that the food here was so amazing, in fact it was MOUTH WATERING. I have been here over 5 times and all of the times they have made the food just how I like it. And unlike any other McDonald’s their ice cream machine was actually working. Wow. I love this McDonald’s so much. Everyone needs to come here
