We came in tonight an entire hour before close and had the misfortune of dealing with Olivia. Honestly, everyone in there was extremely rude when we walked in. They acted like we were a nuisance. We asked Olivia for a burrito bowl and she was huffing and puffing about it like she didn’t want to do her job. They ran out of everything and when we asked for them to make more, Olivia said “I mean I guess?” and when we gave up and decided to leave, she said in a condescending tone, “Bet. Have a GREAT night”. I will never be back here. The staff is awful and disrespectful.

The childish help that waited on us was ridiculous. The employee was acting mental and inappropriate….btw her number is 179169!I asked for different chicken because the chicken looked old and like it wasn’t very much. They talked about us as if we couldn’t hear them. They need to grow up and act more professional.Also this place needs a remake…the chairs are old and broken.

Looking for some quick, delicious, amazing Mexican! Skip moes! Horrible customer service, a live roach crawled across the food, and the place was a pig sty. Not to mention more expensive yet worse than any other Mexican in Conway. Save yourself some time, go to don Pepe’s! If I could rate lower, I would!
While I was getting my food I saw a baby cockroach crawling around the meat selection. I pointed it out to one of the workers, she then gave me a dirty look and proceeded to make my food. She seemed as if she was mad at me for pointing out a BUG on the counter. The chips were stale, burrito was not wrapped properly, and the environment was just dirty. I also asked for a kids cup and the worker claimed she “couldn’t ring it in.” Food was not good at all and the least you can do as a worker is be nice, it’s really not that hard. Wouldn’t recommend.

Moe's are not all equal..The quality is lacking for the price. Not clean inside. Surprised they don't have ants with all the food on the floor. Save your money and go to Chipotle or Don Pepe's.. This will be my last visit to this location. ?

Extremely disappointing service and cleanliness. Workers there acted like they were mad we came in (the place was empty when we got there). I mean really if people hate their job that much, typically they find somewhere else to work. Chairs and high chairs looked they had not been wiped down since it opened and the booster seats had a disgusting sticky residue on all of them, we had to wipe and germ-x our hands after touching them and decided against using a booster or high chair. They cookies on the kids option also “may contain peanuts” and they will not let you substitute the cookie. So if your child has a peanut allergy like ours, it is not worth going.
