We've tried Kohana a few times and the food has been meh. Happy that they do the 50% off sushi on certain but I'm to the point where it not quite worth it anymore. Tried all different sushi from here and haven't had one that made me want more. On the other hand, the server was super nice and was the highlight of our meal!

Kohana is absolutely one of my favorite places to get sushi in Conway! The food is authentic and better than even ROCK'NROLL. I LOVE the half price days!! They are a little slow, so I would not go if in a rush, but I frequent here for sure!
Also the selection if crazy and you will never get bored!

Stopped here because Bamboo and Fuji were closed… no carbonated drinks, no salad, and was told no yumyum sauce but when I asked for a to go plate she said they had yumyum sauce for to go orders lol.. yeah I won’t be back… no wonder there was no one else in there.

If I could rate the service with a negative star, I would. The server took our order, but after almost two hours of waiting, he informed us that he had no idea where our food was or when it would be ready. I'm sure he lost our food ticket and was too embarrassed to admit it. Sadly, we will never waste our time at this place again.

My experience was terrible. Firstly, the waitress came in from outside, and did not wash her hands. She immediately sat us, and asked for our drink orders. She gave us tea, but we asked for a replacement as it wasn’t suited to our liking. Then she brought out one wrong drink, and went to get straws which she brought back with her bare hands touching the middle of the straws (they’re unwrapped straws). The food was ok, but the drink was awful and tasted like water! Our server disappeared in the middle of one of us ordering… not to mention the baby roach that was IN one of my daughter’s drink, and then the smushed baby roach on my other daughter’s cup. It’s sad because this used to be a good establishment that could compete with Fuji’s back when it was still Naru. Hopefully they can hire someone else and take care of their roach problem.

their food is amazing! the half priced sushi days keep me hooked. i always order to go & have never had a problem. if you are thinking about trying half priced sushi but hesitant... im your sign to DO IT!! you wont be disappointed.

Love this restaurant but just got some of the worst service I've ever had. Yes, I know you're under-staffed; no, that doesn't give you an excuse to suck at your job and have an attitude about it. I walked in, was told to "have a seat," not "have a seat right here and wait to be seated"(you could have said we'll seat you in a moment, would have been understandable.) the inexperienced waitress then asked me what I wanted before I even had a menu, didn't even bring me a full menu, so I drank the soup and left. I'll come back when it's not so busy and hopefully she won't be working anymore, because I'll turn around and walk out again if she is. Stick to online orders with this place!
