Went to dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday, wow the food, service and value are horrible. The beef broccoli was extremely tuff, the chicken was not even recognizable. The service was very bad, the little girl at the desk didn't give us the time of day even when we were so polite and anxious to try a new restaurant. The selection is very lacking in options....Needless to say we will never, ever, go back.

Everytime I'm in Conway I lied to stop and eat at this place because the food is incredible and I used to live in Conway but there's a good variety of food and yeah I think it was very clean

Food is good, but the service fails. Just ate there with my family and our server did not refill our drinks and did not check in on us. All he did was walk around and got himself a plate and sat down in the booth beside us and started eating. But he took care of a bigger group and just left us out of his rounds. So disappointed.

The staff was nice but NONE of the food was hot. The only thing close enough to warm was the egg drop soup and it was -only- warm. The clams were without flavor - it looked and tasted like they were boiled without any sauce or seasonings and were cold by the time I sat down to eat them. The crab Rangoon was good once you nibble away the extra crunch that made it hard to really bit down on it. The chicken on the stick wasn't too bad, just needs more flavor. I tried hard to find everything I could that as positive about this place but it is generally lacking those qualities. I'd suggest new kitchen staff - then this place could do really well.

They messed up ICE CREAM. It came out way too fast and it was way to runny. And it was melted. Food was cold. And to greasy. Not good in general.

Now I see why I always order chicken fried rice and nothing else. I went inside today to eat at the buffet it was horrible. The waiter was horrible to. It was so bad that did not tip him. The person that I was with tipped him and I wanted to take the money off the table, but I had to remember that it was not my money, so I left it on the table, but never again.

I do know the oriental scene in Conway is grim to say the least. Wow this place is truly awful. Food is cold, service is terrible and what kind of Chinese restaurant doesn’t have chicken broccoli? The best way I can describe this restaurant is by the fact that they have an ice cream machine with one single cone laying beside it. I don’t think I need to say any more than that.

Food wasn't very good - even for a buffet. Maybe came in too late? Around 8:15. Cook came out in dirty clothes - which didn't help. Ceiling was stained and full of dust. Not a good look - especially for a buffet.
