I absolutely love dining at Newk’s in Conway! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a clean, welcoming space and genuinely friendly staff. The food never disappoints - always fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned for what you pay. But here’s what really makes me smile: those gorgeous seasonal cups! I find myself reaching for mine at home and remembering what a great time I had there.

The food is okay for basically a fast food shop. I ordered a sandwich and salad. Wife ordered wrap. The sandwich could have used more meat on it. Kinda skimpy. Wife said her wrap was okay. The service was great.

Food was ready very fast and the pizza smelled soooo good. I asked for pickles, peppers & extra croutons. They were out of the little containers of croutons but he went and made some up for me. Very nice.

Caramel cake is delicious! So is the club sandwich. I wasn't a fan of the pizza though. The sauce tasted too much like tomato paste. But that's my personal taste I'm sure other people would really enjoy it. I do highly recommend the club sandwich though it is delicious! And so is the Caesar salad.

Visited for lunch on Sunday, had to ask the girl at the register for our number placard for starters. We got water cups but no straws, went back to ask for the short water straws and was told by the same girl “we don’t have any right now”. Um, what? They’re literally the regular straws cut in half. How much do you have to hate your job to he unwilling to find a pair of scissors? So I walked to the end station where the food comes out and asked for water straws and a nice employee some out for me. When the food came out, my husband’s order was wrong. He ordered a newks Q pizza and got a bbq pizza, so he had to wait for them to remake it correctly because the girl on the register that clearly hates her job couldn’t get the order right.
