Ol’Bart is the Best Place to Eat In Conway!! The smoke chicken and Brisket is the 💣 BOMB! You much try them out. It’s Clean the employees/managers are Fantastic! When you have good services, clean and a comfortable environment you know they have a GREAT LEADER in the mix. Thank You All for everything!!

Got the single meat platter, sandwich platter, and kids plate. Everything we got was good (chicken a SMIDGE dry) but a great portion size for the price. Very fast and friendly service. Will definitely be returning! 😊

Worst bbq I have ever eaten. $38 for a brisket sandwich, side of cuke salad, Sausage sandwich, cole slaw. Sausage was dry (old), brisket was shredded (not sliced), very dry, tasted old. There are many other places to eat, steer clear of this place. Had to give 1 star in order to review.

Brisket was hard as a rock taste like a pot roast! Really no flavor at all. Chili taste exactly like wolf brand chili! This is not bbq at all! This is someone wishing to be a pit master! Explains why the restaurant was completely dead and we were the only ones in there the food sitting underneath the burners or warmers look like it all been sitting out a while. I asked them. When did they cook the brisket and he said I think a few days ago that’s no Bueno. ! Owner needs to go to Wright’s barbecue then he will see what real barbecue is like! Or go take a tour to Texas and try Goldies or B4 bbq or something! Not good at all! It says a Texas style barbecue with a twist of Memphis to it. Those are two totally different places with two totally different ways of cooking barbecue and this place pretty much ruined both!

The lady who answered the phone was super nice. Chicken wings 🔥 potato salad ok brisket and the refried BAKED beans needed help both were extremely dry, couldn’t even chew the brisket. I would try them again b/c of the wings only and the customer service!

Secretly though--- I'm not sure they classify as "Wangs", because they're smoked, with an amazing flavorful skin, juicy inside, and the hot bbq sauce isn't hot enough to make you shed a tear, but the bite is sooooo good. We'll just call them delicious.
Drive thru service was kind and swift.

GO TRY THEM OUT!
And definitely make it a point to ask them to make the wings a spotlight with "special pricing" for larger amounts. Maybe we can all get that high quality wing spot we all need so badly.

Somehow I ended up spending $36 when the meal is supposed to be $25 the cucumber salad was nasty the coleslaw was just cabbage no flavor the meat was nothing special it had no flavors that stuck out by itself in the barbecue sauce was hot or hot and sweet so kind of confusing supposed to be award-winning barbecue the lady at the counter was nice

This is the second year that the nonprofit organization I’m a part of has utilized Ol’ Bart for catering an event. Both years we’ve received countless compliments on the food. It is a unique take on bbq with all food (including sides) being top notch quality. Bart ensures all details of catering are accounted for and we didn’t lack for anything. Truly a wonderful small business with food to impress!
