Very ok bbq
The brisket was a 3/10 and looked and tasted like it was made 3 or 4 days ago and was in a puddle of grease and shredded like it was made in a crock pot
The Mac and cheese was a 4/10 very dry and over cooked pasta
The beans were a 9/10 very good perfect amount of sweetness and they added sausage and pork in it which made it better
Overall this place was not good and all of the food looked a couple days old and was definitely not fresh. There’s definitely better bbq elsewhere. Do not recommend

Ol’Bart is the Best Place to Eat In Conway!! The smoke chicken and Brisket is the 💣 BOMB! You much try them out. It’s Clean the employees/managers are Fantastic! When you have good services, clean and a comfortable environment you know they have a GREAT LEADER in the mix. Thank You All for everything!!
Went in to Ol’ Barts to get me some ribs and baked beans. The smell that hits you when you walk in is almost as good as the service. Everytime I go, Kiki is there, waiting with a smile. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and quick! I never have to wait for good food and service!

My first and last time I ordered here I ordered DoorDash and I ordered 2 brisket sandwiches and what I received was awful. First there were beans all spilled in the sandwich and then the other sandwich just had 2 dry pieces of meat that looked awful. I took all the food right back up there and the lady working was very rude. She said they ran out of shredded brisket so she put the 2 pieces of meat. I asked why didn’t I get notified and make a replacement and she just got even more rude. I was not going to argue at this point. I paid $60 for food and just want it remade with the substitution of my choice. When I went up there I noticed all the other restaurants were packed full but this BBQ place was completely empty and that said a lot to me. I will never eat there again and the food wasn’t even good at all!

Nice quite place with great service and nice people. Unfortunately the food did not taste as if it was made fresh that day. The bright part of the meal was the banana pudding.

The food was excellent but very pricey for barbecue in this part of the world. Was disappointed to learn they had removed the half chicken from the menu. Ribs were delicious and falling off the bone. Macaroni and cheese, Cole slaw and potato salad were very good. Sauce was good but nothing special.

My first visit her was this weekend. I got the brisket sandwich and was very impressed. Good deep smoky flavor and yet the meat was still juicy. I also cannot get enough of the smoky Mac n cheese! I will be going back soon. I Highly recommend this place!
