The food is good for the most part. My first time visiting I ordered the General Tso Chicken and took it home to eat. The chicken was really good but the fried rice was horrible. It tasted like really old soy sauce had been used on it. I had to throw the rice away. The next time I ordered the steamed rice with my food and it was much better. The service is just okay. Takes a while to get your food so call ahead if you're getting it to go. The young girl who works the register should not be working directly with customers. An adult with actual customer service skills should do that job. One time after the rice incident I tried to get general tso chicken with mixed veggies instead of rice. The girl said it doesn't come like that. I went somewhere else. Instead of saying you can have the veggies but there is an upcharge, which would have been fine with me, she let me leave and spend my money somewhere else.

Panda Wok is absolutely my family's go to for Chinese food in Conway. We especially love the steamed dumplings and the ragoons. The family who owns and runs it are some of the nicest people I've ever met and at this point are friends that I look forward to seeing when we pick up our dinner. Definitely give them a try if you haven't!
Disappointed. Can only speak on the food cause I picked up but it was just adequate was expecting better from reviews but it was the same ol over battered over sauced Chinese food everywhere spare ribs where super dry idk just disappointed especially for price. Eggroll was ok and I'm sure they're lovely people

When I go there, I get the vegetable romaine, sometimes spring rolls and it's very delicious. The cashier and her siblings are very fun to interact with. I love them all!!

Probably the best Asian takeout I have ever had in my life. My son and I have been to every Asian place in town and we both agree..."This is the place" Fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Living here 20+ years simply the Best. The owners very friendly and courteous. Looking forward to our next visit. If I didn't say it this place is the best in all of Arkansas. Mango Chicken and Honey chicken were fantastic.
I came here with my friend, it was my first time here and absolutely loved it. Small restaurant with really big character. The service was excellent and the food was even better! I had the general tso tofu and the tofu was fried nice and crispy. The broccoli was fresh and the rice was just cooked.

I have been going here with my dad since I was a little girl. We have always enjoyed the friendly service and wonderful food. I got my husband to order here for the first time tonight and he loved it as well. They have the best Lo mein and their steamed dumplings and dumpling sauce is so good!!!!

Best broccoli tofu in town. Fast and friendly service. Every time I've gone (10+ times) the food has been good, restaurant clean, fast, and friendly.
Vegetarian options: Broccoli tofu is vegan
Dietary restrictions: They say broccoli tofu is vegan. I trust them, they understand English good. Asked if they used fish sauce or butter and they said no.
