Food is decen. Service is so so. Atmosphere is average. My last visit, I ordered a pizza through there app. no problems there. Then I used their tracking app. pizza was to be ready in 15-25 minutes. I showed up when the tracking app said it was ready. I get in the store and proceed to pay fior the pizza. after paying they say it will be ready in another 5 minutes. Bull crap 15 minutes later, I get my pizza after they waited on 5 other customers. One of whom came in after me and ordered a pizza, which she got before mine was given to me. No excuses no apologies, nothing but here's your pizza ,please come again. I think it is time to switch pizza providers....

Pizza was burnt and no extra sauce like I added on order as well as the Oreo bites were overcooked and dry at Farris Rd in Conway. It was the worst Pappa Johns pizza chain I ever been to. The employee was extremely rude as well!

I placed an order online and after saying it was ready I waited another 45 minutes in the lobby before I received my order. The wings were made horribly and with the wrong sauce and the pizza wasnt even done, was also missing a topping. I also didn’t receive the four extra sauces I paid for. This is not the first time it’s happened and I won’t be returning.
Went in today in person, still in my church clothes, to place in person to go order. Placed my order and tried to pay with an 100.00. Was told she can't take it . I was told my order would be ready in 15 min. I said okay, I'm going to go get some change. Let to go to kum n go around the corner and was back within 15 min. I was told by the manager that they didn't start my order bc they have had ppl not come back. I asked why you didn't tell me before I left? I have ppl with the church waiting for this food. She proceeded to get an attitude and stated that's just what I do. I told her maybe you should tell ppl that your not going to start the order until they pay. I asked if ppl order delivery with cash upon delivery what do you do. She stated we send the order. She had erased my order and I had to order again. My change would have only been 60 or less. The pizza was gross, and that policy made no sense to me. Needless to say the ppl we were trying to feed had to wait longer than expected. They were expecting it at the time. The Manger had stated. Her own policy is wrong and doesn't match Papa John's policy. Will not do business with them again . Either personal or for charity.

waited over an hour to get this delivered to my apartment and gave SPECIFIC directions on where to go. my pizza was delivered to some random man across the street. also it took 45 mins to be delivered in the first place. the manager said I wasn’t specific enough and that they had to remake my pizza. she was very nice and willing to do whatever to resolve this issue but it really shouldn’t have happened in the first place. all in all i waited about 1hr 30 mins for pizza that is made 5 mins away…. safe to say ill use doordash next time i dont feel like driving.
60$ for some mid wings. the sauce is bland as hell. The garlic knots were over cooked & dry but somehow the sauce they tried putting in there soaked through the box. the pizza wasn’t fresh or even warm. This is why we stick to dominos.

Was having a get together at my friend's. We decided to order pizza. Two different people ordered about a minute apart. I went to pick up both orders when they said it would be ready. One was ready but had to wait 20 minutes for the other. They said it was ordered at a different time. The receipt was one minute different. I will never order from Papa John's on Farris again.

Took our order back to the store after I didn’t answer the phone bc I was with a patient. (We are a very busy medical clinic and hadn’t eaten all day) Didn’t even try to deliver it. Every other delivery driver comes in and delivers. Got our order over 1.5 hours later but only bc I called and complained about the ordeal. Very unprofessional. Carissa could have been much more customer service driven and that was not the case. Do better Papa John’s. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
