Great food! Great prices! Went for lunch. Love that they offer gluten free pasta!
My favorite place to eat! Delicious!
Some of the best Italian food in Conway! Highly recommend!
The food is very good, very consistent, no surprises. Authentic italian? Not exactly, but it's very tasty and the experience (and the bonus of not having to cook) makes it a nice meal out with coworkers for lunch or family for dinner.

Fantastic food, and you can tell they try really hard to be friendly and provide an intimate atmosphere for such a small place. They need a bigger spot though. It’s crowded and rushed feeling. Highly recommend always reserving or call ahead seating.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. It’s always good. I decided to try the shrimp wrap this time instead of a pasta dish. It was good, but I think I like the pasta and Italian dishes better. Maybe we’ll try a steak next time. The dining room is not very large so you can expect a wait for dinner time. Especially on a weekend night.

The main reason the place didn’t get 5 stars is because I went in to dine by myself (out of town) and checked in, they gave me an est of 15 mins. I went for a 10 min walk, came back in and sat down to wait. Watched multiple couples come in put their name, go sit down. Then I noticed people that came in after me getting seated, so I payed attention and sure enough it happened again. I went up after 30 mins and asked, they stated I was next. Then it happened again, two guys that came it 15 mins after me got sat down. Then a few mins later they called my name and say me in a little against the wall next to the guys that came in 15 mins after me, they already had their drinks. I already felt a little uncomfortable dinning by myself, then to be disrespected by the staff. If it wasn’t for how good the food is I would have left. Just because I was by myself, don’t make me wait for the smallest table to become available.

Food was great, but the service was Awesome! A young lady named Caitlin waited on us, and was polite, and professional! We’ll be back soon, and we’ll ask for Caitlin!
Quaint little spot in downtown Conway that features slightly upscale Italian (no tablecloths). Warm bread is served with marinara at the table. I tried the special, seafood ravioli with a side salad. The salad was good. Five lobster ravioli with three shrimp and three small scallops. The scallops and shrimp were dropped in a fryer, overcooked and rubbery. The pasta was not freshly made and several pieces felt hard, like not cooked enough. The sauce was tasty. My knife in the silverware packet had old crusted food on it. Chocolate espresso cake had nothing espresso about it and was probably two weeks old (very dry). This is where we get real. I typically wait to write reviews because you just never know what will happen; this meal made me ill. I will say this: PastaGrill has potential if you can get someone in there with passion and attention to detail. Great place, good location, nice decor, excellent service but the food was a no for me, especially since I have food poisoning! Rated a 3 but 2.5 is more than generous.

My husband and I were traveling to visit friends and stopped for an overnight rest. We googled places to eat and the Pasta Grill was on the list so we tried it. The restaurant is in a part of town that is considered historic. It is pretty on the inside and comfortable. We did not try any of the appetizers. Our entrees included lasagna and salmon pasta, both of which were delicious. We added side salads which were also good. For dessert we tried the strawberry cake and the bread pudding. We enjoyed both, especially the bread pudding. Our only negative comment would be that the bread served was very plain and lackluster. Our waitress, I think her name was McKinley, was friendly, helpful and prompt. We would definitely dine there again.
