I usually don't leave reviews, but this situation compelled me to share my experience. I contacted Pattie Cakes with over 48 hours' notice for an 8-inch round cake, specifying colors and providing a reference image. Unfortunately, I received two smash cakes and a backward-looking number one. I reached out, spoke to the owner, who apologized and promised to make it right. However, the issue left me with insufficient cake for my guests. She said she'd call on Monday, but after not hearing from her, I called. She mentioned being in a meeting and promised a callback. It's frustrating that a mistake left me without a cake, and the follow-up seemed delayed. She stated she'd follow up Monday morning, but I only heard back at 1:32. While she refunded my money, it doesn't change the fact that I didn't have cake at my twins' party. It would have been appreciated if she had offered to refund for the cake and also provide a complimentary cake for the next gathering.

My daughter and I absolutely LOVE this place! They have the BEST desserts and for the BEST prices - 10/10 recommend to anyone! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient. You NEVER feel rushed when looking around, you don't feel like you're being watched like a hawk, and in the same sense, you know they're right there to answer any questions. Truly one of the BEST gems around Conway!

I always get the Iris and the Stoby's chicken salad on a croissant. Both taste wonderful and the croissants are light and fluffy. Best croissants I have ever had!

Stopped here on our cross country move to get some treats and it was so wonderful! The cupcakes were so soft, fluffy and delicious! The pumpkin bread was moist and made for a great breakfast! Even our dog enjoyed his pupcake! The prices were so reasonable! Everything was less than half the price we would have paid for things back in CA. The staff was very patient in answering our questions! Highly recommend this place!
