You are missing out on something good if you haven't been sampling the menu here. The Pho soups are very good and the portions will not disappoint you in any way. There is no doubt that our western foods are usually too salty. Here, you will taste the natural flavors of the foods. Now, there are some spicy dishes that will light you up, no doubt. If you ask the staff for recommendations, they are very welcoming and helpful.

One of the best Pho places in town! Me and my wife love coming here as it gets colder around Conway, but regardless the time of year, this place is worth stopping. Even if Pho isn't your thing, their fried rice and other options are just as good. The food is all reasonably priced and delicious!

I really love pho, and this spot has become one of my favorites. Whenever I go out to pick persimmons, I always make a stop here. Honestly, even when I don’t have a reason to go to Conway, I’ll make one—just so I can eat at Pho Huey.
The broth is perfect—not too salty, but flavorful and satisfying. It’s the kind of soup that keeps me coming back again and again.

Had an incredible lunch at Pho Huyen. First time I've tried them but I wish I would have sooner! Great, fast service and even better food. The grilled pork banh mi was hands down the best I've ever had. Everything else was outstanding as well and I also recommend the spring rolls for a delicious and light appetizer. Excellent experience all the way around - can't wait to get back there again!
I’ve been here twice since moving to Little Rock and their food is soooo good. I love their Bun Bo Hue. They’re also super quick with service and the atmosphere is super chill.

100/10. I had never had Pho up until a month or so ago and needless to say, they never disappoint. It’s always super fast and everyone is always super friendly, even if you have pregnancy brain and don’t realize they close at 8, they will still welcome you to eat lol. Pho has been my biggest pregnancy craving and I’ve probably been here every Saturday of June/july😂
