Epic fail Pizza Hut. I came in to eat a quick lunch. No buffet. Wanted to order a pizzone. Asked for a meaty but no italian sausage in it. They said Christie (?) I assume manager who wasn't there said no substitutions, cannot take anything out. when I asked if they were premade I was told no, we just cannot leave anything out. they are made one way.
No drinks to eat here unless it's a bottle. They did get me a glass of water. The ladies working were apologetic...read full review
Ordered pizza, had to pay 60 cents extra for garlic dipping sauce JUST so the pizza could be delivered since it was one cent short of the ten dollar minimum and they did not include it. The driver told me it wasn't her responsibility (she also didn't give me correct change--she shorted me 62 cents). The store offered me "credit" off my next order in the form of a whopping sixty cents instead of fixing the problem.
