Literally every time we order they mess up the pizzas somehow. I used to work for Pizza Hut so I know it’s not that hard to do it right. Yes I know mistakes get made sometimes but not literally every single time. They are close to my house thats the only reason I continue to go.

I don’t know why I give this place a third or fourth chance the thin crust pizza is not thinning crispy. You can tell the dough is frozen, does not even have a good taste to it.

The staff was not prepared to put out the 2 dollar deal on personal pan pizzas!!! The lobby was full, there was no order, the staff was not relaying anything to the customers on how long the wait was when the orders were saying they were ready and people had been waiting for hours!!! The staff started writing a list of names rather than going by the names in the system but there was no order when trying to get your name on the list!!! The staff even had a customer calling out names of people when their order was ready rather than doing it herself!!! This same customer claimed to have been waiting for 3 hours!!! Several people, myself included, walked out and went to McDonalds!!!

Yeah, I’m very disappointed in the Pizza Hut back of house staff. If I’m not mistaken this is a pizza place and toppings do go on pizza correct? No matter what number of toppings I order. So for the back of house to loudly make rude and disrespectful remarks and laugh regarding my order is just unacceptable. I’m ordering just like any other customer. It’s unfortunate this is the closest Pizza Hut to me if this is how they treat their customers.

i didnt eat inside but i tipped them more than 25% and they were late and delivered the wrong item. man i could understand that if it didnt tip at all but bad service ontop of trying to over compensate with a tip for your time and work is a slap in the face to me.
