Went to Popeyes on Oak st. Waited almost 10 minutes to get order taking . Get to window . Don’t have chicken ready had to still had to sit a window after to wait. Spent 39 for a 8 piece and a box of biscuits. No sides which is on my receipt this is the 2nd bad experience. Will not be back. Calling Corporate Monday.

I didn't know you could deep fry chicken and serve it dried out and hard. My wife got the mild 2-piece white, and she said it was too crispy, but she could eat it. My spicy 2-piece was way overcooked; the thinner parts close to the edges were cooked hard, as was all of the crust. I was able to eat the thicker center section, but it was dry and tough. I would have taken it back, but we live 9 miles away.

Shoutout to Katrina at the Popeyes on Oak Street — she is truly one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve come across in fast food! Every time I come through, she goes out of her way to make sure I have everything I need — from hot sauce and honey to napkins — without me even having to ask.
That level of care and attention says so much about her, not just as an employee, but as a person. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Katrina consistently goes above and beyond. She deserves all the recognition! 👏🍗💛

I waited 15 minutes for one chicken sandwich. That is not an exaggeration. Nor did they tell me it was gonna be a 15 minute wait. I wanted to get something quick before I got home. I could’ve got home and made a sandwich before they got me my food… It seemed as though the manager was too focused on making friends with his employees, then being concerned with production. I understand as Popeyes I’m not expecting five star service very disappointing

We attempted eat at one in malvern, ar went to use the restroom and seen cockroaches. Left immediately. Wife was craving it so we knew there was one in Conway. We arrived and what a difference. We were greeted with a smile and humorous spirit. The food was good service was better. Customer service alone can take ordinary food and make it better just from the experience. Thank you Conway Popeyes

Serving me cold chicken and congealed mac and cheese on a Friday at 6pm is crazy work. This food has been sitting around for at least 2-3hrs. Fries weren’t even fresh and came half empty.Not to mention being out of key cuts to begin with👎.

Any order placed at this store takes over thirty minutes to make, absolutely horrible service. They hire only young folks who take no pride in their work. The entire store is greasy and messy.I ran my finger all over on the seals and everything, everything was covered in grease.

I wish I could give less stars! ButI really want someone to know how terrible this Popeyes is! I ordered three 5pc tender combos and one 3 pc chicken combo. If you were to add up all the crumbs and scraps we got, you might be able to make 5 tenders out of the three 5 pc combos that were ordered! It was so old there was literally no chicken left in the tenders- just thin greasy chicken jerky inside scraps of breading!!! As for the sides... what we ordered: 2 red beans and rice 1 mac n cheese and 1 fry.
What we got- 1 side completely missing- 1/2 of a side of red beans and rice- 8fries- and a half bowl of old greasy cheese- with literally 4 macaronis in it! Popeyes in Conway on east Oak St- YOU SUCK!!!
