The food is amazing. If you haven't tried it, try it. It's not too expensive and tastes wonderful. I always come here for specifically the fries though. The workers are friendly and are great!

Thursday December 19 2024 @12:30 my husband ordered online on his break and they ignored him at the speaker box so he pulled up to the window thinking maybe the box was messed up and they ignored him again. He asked me to never ask to order from Rally’s again because it’s always something at this particular location that goes wrong.

1st of all, who's bright idea was it to put the drive thru to-go window on the wrong side of the car? 2nd the guy at the window had absolutely no customer service skills and 3rd the food was cold and nasty, nasty cold hard fries, nasty cold nuggets with weird gross seasoning on em, cold burgers, just thrown together and half wrapped. Definitely won't be eating here again.
Google says they close at 3 am but when I pulled up at 2:25 am they said they were closed.

VERY DISGUSTING! VERY DISAPPOINTING! SERVES RAW FOOD! GIVES PEOPLE FOOD POISONING! Yall need to do better. Clean up. Make sure the food is done! Instead of playing on the clock!
