My husband and I ordered Chimichangas. The server brought them out in about 5 minutes, which I thought was very fast. The dough was mushy and tasted uncooked. I had to locate our server who said the cheese sauce made the dough soggy. He then sent another person to our table. The second person asked if I actually ordered a burrito, which was an insult. Then a woman came to the table. I explained the situation. She took away my plate, and brought me a proper Chimichanga. Then someone else took my husband's plate and brought him a proper plate. After all the back and forth, I was no longer hungry. It is likely I won't eat there again.

Don't make a pick up order apparently those aren't priority. Horrible service long wait times. Door dashers your time is not valued by this location even though your picking up for a paying customer. I will never eat at this place. First impression is a lasting impression

I’m a Dasher who has thousands of deliveries in this area. This store is the only one who has issues just talking to the Dasher and figuring things out. The man up front has a history of just saying “Dash?” and never asking who’s it is. I’ve had to stay 15+ minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be dome. Then when they bring someone’s else’s food, they say it’s the systems fault when you can see the DD orders come in at the counter. They sit there forever cause the employees would rather be on their phones and try to speak to people as little as possible. The only place that does this and is extremely frustrating.
