One star all the way around! I remember like many in Conway when this Slim’s was excellent! Man, how they have fallen. I see a ton of complaints constantly now. Decided to give them a try tonight. Inside definitely need some touch ups and care. Just seems like they’ve let it go. But the kicker of this visit was them giving us what was clearly lemon pepper wings when we ordered cayenne dry rub. We politely took them back the counter and they acted super confused. Then the manager came out and wasn’t super friendly in letting us know that they were cayenne wings, when clearly they are not. They looked and tasted like lemon pepper. We’ve had the cayenne ranch dry rub wings many times. We have pictures for reference! Clearly they know better. Do better Slim’s in Conway!

If you order at the drive-through at this restaurant, be very specific and check your food. Even if the person at the drive-through reads your order back. It doesn’t mean you’ll get what you order. And if you call them to make them aware of their error, all they do is justify their mistake. That’s not how you retain business.

If you love drama this is ABSOLUTELY the place for you!! The Most unprofessional and misandrist GM I’ve ever worked for, and her having her girlfriend as a shift manager and creating a circle of conflicts of interest when the GM defends her every which way. If you love being harassed, texts from your GM about how she’s getting drunk or even her threatening to hit you then this is the place for you. Values and southern hospitality? Lol. We got robbed by another manager and they assumed it was me when it wasn’t lol. I’m telling you this is the dream job. EEOC getting them pictures and texts. HR was no help but that’s me being naive.

Ran over to grab some grilled strips today. The young lady taking orders asked what I wanted, I said a chicks meal and was trying to say I wanted them grilled, but she cut me off and said sauce and drink ....I said I can't really see the sauces to you have chipotle ranch and she said no we have cayenne. I said okay I'll take that and I want my strips grilled and tossed in garlic parm please and slaw instead of fries please. She goes....sauce and drink ma'am. I said, okay...I'd like the cayenne please. I get to the window and they ask if I had the strips meal, I said grilled yes. She said with slaw, I said yes...but my strips should be grilled and tossed in garlic parm. She said ohhhh one sec she making them now. Paid 9 and something for it. Got back to my office, my food is COLD, the slaw expired tomorrow and tasted weird, no utensils I am not a happy customer. Would they like to eat cold garlic parm and cold strips and slaw they will throw out today? DISGUSTING!

Chicken was good. Can't believe they charge $3 for this side of potatoes salad. 3 bites and done. Only 1/4 filled.
These bone-in-wings are the best in town. If you want all flats, just ask. Remember to make it extra wet!!
