This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff was flat-out rude — no smile, no greeting, just attitude from start to finish. They were out of the one thing we actually came for, the chicken bites, and acted like it was somehow our fault for asking about them.
The sweet tea machine was broken, which for a Southern place is ridiculous enough, but what really sealed it was finding a piece of plastic mixed in with my mac and cheese. That’s not just disappointing — that’s concerning.

Yesterday I tried the 8-piece honey bbq wings with mac-n-cheese. Everything was really tasty and the wings were pretty large. If the sauce was just a tad bit thicker they'd be perfect.

I took my son and niece here a few weeks ago. The service and atmosphere were both great! The food was hot, fresh, and very flavorful! We will definitely be back!!
Chicken is good but orders are constantly messed up. Ordered 5 meals today 3 sweet teas, all came unsweetened. One meal had fried mushrooms as a side and they didnt drain any of the oil off. The entire box was DISINTEGRATED and all the chicken inside was swimming in the grease also.

Poor representation at the counter. Slow ro approach and take order. The employee only mumbled and never really spoke. Party of 7, and they just bought the food to one end of table and sat it all down and never spoke a word. Chicken was okay, Mac and cheese was gross.

The condition of this location has taken a dive. The grease odor hits you in the face when you enter .A dead fly on the countertop when we ordered. With a number of other flies flying around the restaurant. The floor hasn't been properly mopped in months. The soda machines could use a scrubbing or a power washer. It's sad to see a local business in this shape.

They lost my order and when asked twice to make it they said they would then continued to not make it. I waited an hour for a kids meal. When I finally got the food the bread was cold and the fries were barely warm. There was no apology at all. Very disappointed.
