Literally the slowest Sonic I've been to, especially here in Conway. Waited nearly 40 mins for 2 orders of chicken tender dinners and witnessed most of them outside talking. I feel like the cook does most of the work anyways so good job on him. However, I'm never coming back here again.

ordered a blast on my app so I have the email receipt and I had a coupon for a BLAST. the lady gave me a shake. i said hey I ordered a blast she goes "well it doesn't say" I said, okay do you mind remaking it though? (I wanted a blast bc it won't be melted completely on my drive home). she took it back in, came out not even 2 mins later w the same shake cherry off of it and added some reese's on top of the whipped cream. the same d*mn shake. I would get it if they were busy but there was 2 other cars in the stalls, no drive through. like are you joking? it's not that hard.

I order a water waited 10 minutes!!! Cars was Turing around AFTER They WAS TOLD THEY WASNT TAKING ANY FOOD ORDERS!! NO COOK!!! I been over this location but it’s really has went dwn hill!!!

Do not eat here. Service is poor at best. Employees are very clearly not trained properly, food is poorly prepared compared to other sonics. The only thing I'd suggest ordering are drinks.

I would give a zero if that was an option. This place is really struggling. I waited at least five minutes after pressing the red button and waited another 15 minutes for a drink and wacky pack for my grand baby. The lot is empty. It's noon. The carhop was apologetic and even shared that our order somehow got lost. Food was cold and order was messed up. Are you trying to lose business? I can't make this crap up.

After placing an order for a Route 44 drink, and paying by card I have sat in the stall for what feels like 20 minutes. Long enough to count 3 cars beside me to arrive, order, receive order and circulate as such. Physically watching employees inside stand by the register talking and laughing. After finally being brought a drink the employee had me taste it to see if it was the right because she wasn’t who made it and had no idea what it was.

I had preordered my meal, and they didnt ask me a question about an item on my order that they didn't have the ingredient for until about 15 minutes after I had already arrived. Then I had to wait even longer to get all of my food just for it still to be wrong.

Are the hot dogs usually gray? Probably shouldn't be. After waiting at least 15 minutes to order and another 15 to get the order, then a gray hot dog. We were one of two cars. Staff were sitting around. I won't be back.

For a place that calls itself sonic, they sure are slow at everything. I placed an order and thirty minutes later I still dont have my food. They told me that my order wasn't on the screen even though it had said that it was in the kitchen for thirty minutes. There had been customers arrive, place their orders, receive said orders, eat, and leave in that time period. I eventually left and got my order in a much more timely fashion at another sonic down the street. When I tried to talk to the general manager over the phone I got the phone to counter hold treatment being placed on hold indefinitely. Calling the store twenty minutes later and the phone is still off the hook meaning that the manager still hasn't taken my call. So whatever you do avoid this sonic location like the plague, go to a better location like the one on the old morrilton hwy instead, better food and better service.

My friend likes coming here to get ice, she always gets about 4 large cups. They know her pretty well at this location so wen they see her pulling in they usually already know that she's coming for her ice. Great service here and fairly quick too.

Ordered a #1 no Mayo, no lettuce, no tomato, extra ketchup with tater tots and bbq sauce and a large coke. 20 minutes later I get the right drink. No sauce. But I got a cheeseburger with Mayo, with lettuce and tomato and no ketchup. (Meanwhile I’m very polite the whole time!) I give a carhop my receipt and ask for the correct order please. She brings me back the exact same sandwich so I ask for a refund and she starts making fun of me to the cook at the dumpster a few feet away! Literally unbelievable. So I just left. Worst sonic EVER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!
