Waited 30 minutes for an mobile order, during none busy hrs. Had to ask someone where my food was, very disappointed
the night screw is really great and always enjoy picking up when they are there. the morning crew is completely the opposite. i pick up earlier in the morning sometimes and an older lady always has major attitude and runs away before i can even turn around to say thank you. and some of the new crew feel like they hate even bringing you your stuff you ordered.

I guess their combos dont come with fries anymore. Asked for a #3. And got back to work and discovered no fries. If thats the case their fast food is too expensive.

Inaccurate orders and poor customer service. Food tastes old and they are not very quick to resolve issues that arise due to their negligence and improper training.

Worst Sonic I've been to since the one on Harkrider...Order $25 worth of M Blasts only to find out they sprinkled one bite of mix ins on. Really disappointing especially when I tipped beforehand.

I ask if I could give a tip because the last time I was there a card reader didn’t work and I didn’t get to give the girl a tip. Next time I came. I asked them where I was parked at works they said yes anyway the girl brought the food out and I was on the phone. She started to hand me some salsa and she took it back and I waved at her. I was on the phone and she said for a second and I picked up the food off the tray and then she took off with the salsa, and I said, beep the horn and asked her to bring it back and she just had an attitude and I pushed the button and I told the lady that waiter was rude. She asked me if I wanted to give the tip back. I said no I want her to have the tip and here comes a little short manager out with his microphone on started hollering at me, and I tried to explain to him that I thought his help was rude. He just kept on shouting, never had that experience before at a restaurant.

Took to long to get my food they were too busy that they said it was in the kitchen then it said someone was on their way and still took another 10 minutes and my food was cold when I got it and only gave me half of a large tater tot

It took 3 minutes to get change, after getting my order. Then the carhop said he couldn't give me change, so I told him to keep the .56 cents change.

Horrible management. What degree does it take to get 3 drinks right?? Managers obviously lazy.
Everything was hot and fresh. Only thing was getting in and out. Large pot holes and ony one way out to highway unless going through a neighborhood. Great service though

Food is good. Can't beat the shakes but hate waiting 25 minutes for 1 shake. That not even in the happy hour time.
