I accidentally placed an order there twice and need to cancel it, I called crying because I felt so bad and the manager was so rude and acted like I did it on purpose. As a sonic worker I am NEVER this rude and it reflects badly on the store

Very very crappy services gave me xl coney that looked like they stitched the bread together or was biting off it and sent it out to me! My tator tots were very old and over cooked it seemed and when I did call the manager she more worried about my damn receipt which I still have & I’ll be keeping that for my receipts as a reminder to never come back there! And just because you guys been at work all day doesn’t give you the right to push a product out of your business that ain’t a fresh and quality product I’m sure thats against policy and Sonics standards, I’m highly pissed off because I work to hard for my $ and yall ain’t gotta never worry bout seeing me nomore! And yeah I gave yall a bad review because that was bad business and very much lame!!

Just stopped in to get a couple of drinks pushed the button and NEVER got a response or acknowledgment waited and after enough time had elapsed that we could have gotten home finally left this is not the first time I have had a service issue with this store and it show a serious lack of leadership and obviously someone that should not be a manager because they have no organization ability and an inability to lead and inspire those they are charged to lead if I owned this store I would terminate this person and I would find some one that can do the job because this person is costing money to lost sales we left with out speaking to anyone and went home and got something to drink which saved us about $10

Worst service ever. I used the app to order ahead of time and still waited twenty minutes and what I did order wasn’t made right. I ordered a Powerade slush with grape flavoring and a m&m blast with heath added but received a plain m&m blast with Powerade drink no slush and no flavoring.

The service here is terrible I order 2 cheddar peppers they brought me popcorn chicken I asked for them to take it back they said they didn’t want the popcorn chicken and would get me my cheddar peppers I payed for they brought back 1 order I told them I order 2 the manager came out told her what happened she said I would have to pay for the popcorn chicken to I said no I didn’t order it and yall wouldn’t take it back she looked at my receipt than said screw you and left unbelievably to have someone as a manager who would act like that

the night screw is really great and always enjoy picking up when they are there. the morning crew is completely the opposite. i pick up earlier in the morning sometimes and an older lady always has major attitude and runs away before i can even turn around to say thank you. and some of the new crew feel like they hate even bringing you your stuff you ordered.

Worst Sonic I've been to since the one on Harkrider...Order $25 worth of M Blasts only to find out they sprinkled one bite of mix ins on. Really disappointing especially when I tipped beforehand.
