Everytime I come here its always a 15 min wait for a drink even after I press the button twice to make they haven't forgotten about me. Then they always try to keep your change. They either give you the wrong amount back or walk off w/o asking me do I want my change back.

Stop on our way thru Conway. Slow service and when food came out looked like food was just thrown together none of the toppings even on the burger just thrown all around. Tots are cold . Worst sonic I've been to!!!

went to this location to pick up my mobile order. I waited at the stall for 15 minutes while watching 3 girls play on their phones and eating inside. I then called the store, watched one of the girls pick up the phone, and I told her I've been waiting a minute for my order. I then watched her look over and realize she left my order sitting there along with 2 others. different girl finally brought the order out to me, along with 2 Large drinks that I did not order.. I told her the drinks weren't mine, so she took them back inside, and I watched her immediately turn around, and bring the same drinks she accidentally gave me to a different car that was also waiting 15 minutes for just a drink!! Come on..

I don't know what happened in the last few months but this place has went to hell! If you're in a hurry don't come here. Also when you get a drink and the cup is only 3/4 of the way full as well as not even mixed well . Who's getting screwed here $8 for a drink and you get 3/4 of it.! They better do something fast because they're going to lose a lot of business this way.

BEWARE! At this Sonic you pay for a cup of water and they give you tap water. Tastes bad and is very harmful for you so be careful and double check.

Ordering “double vanilla” is apparently code for NO vanilla at this location, but they will be sure to charge you .29 twice. I was expecting a drink so sweet that I was hardly going to taste the soda, like I used to when I went to GOOD Sonic locations. This particular location was a disappointment today in other ways as well. It took about 10 mins for the very tiny order to come out, and our carhop was less than enthused to be working. We tipped well, like always, but nowadays I guess it’s expected not even depending on service and attitude- and definitely not depending on if the order is correct or not. I’m so over it.
Also, “lite ice” on the app means “LOTS OF ICE PLEASE”. Hope you love ice in your drink.

I've sadly been here so many times due to location. It's a 50/50 if I'm gonna even have an okay time here... Ordered at 6:48. Didn't get my one sandwich till 7:09. And it was cold. Like... How do you make me wait 20m and it's cold? Lol... One time experience is one thing but this is the usual and again I'm sadly here a lot.
