Car hops won't bring out delivery orders until there's another regular order ready. Delivery order sits on the counter ready to go and runs late because this Sonic refuses to bring it out to the delivery driver on time. .

Bad experience. Asked for extra ketchup mustard, had no ketchup mustard, asked for mariana for my mozz sticks & didn’t give me any at all. Didn’t realize till I left back for work. Meat was also super dry, didn’t end up eating it

So I placed an order today. It was just a simple order of large fry, for some reason when I went to pick up my order, Because I placed my order online via the website, the girl tried to charge me for the condiments and I was simply trying to order 3 little things of barbecue sauce to dip my fries in, she said, I was gonna have to pay for every condiment I wanted.
I was a little confused, because the website doesn't charge you for condiments they're free and I told her this and she said no we are starting to charge for them.
And we were literally arguing back-and-forth at a stall until she finally huffed and caved, but she would only give me one and I'm just confused because the website and the app do not charge you for condiments.
So I don't know why this girl was trying to charge me for something that sonic doesn't charge for, but this was shady and this is the last time I'm going to this location.
You have other locations that are fantastic.
But this location frankly, sucks.

I ordered a blt toaster. Menu says it has mayo etc. Got my order and there was no mayo so it was super dry but that's not the worst of it. There was one pitiful piece of tomato that was the butt end of a tomato and ONLY ONE SLICE OF BACON TORN INTO 3 PIECES IN THE VERY CENTER OF THE SANDWICH. For $10 I expected at least a half decent sandwich but was so disappointed. I should have driven back and gotten my money back
